Course Description: 

This workshop presents a comprehensive program for the actual problems that men and women face during their mid years or during any significant "Change of Life" brought on by emotional upheaval, illness, divorce or job loss. They may include weight-gain, hair loss, wrinkles and cellulite, cancer, heart trouble, arthritis and osteoporosis, chronic pain, mood swings, or sexual issues.

The workshop features simple, natural health and beauty advice, rejuvenating foods, high-energy herbs, and family-friendly recipes, including aphrodisiac and hormone-balancing herbs, and wellness practices suited to a modern lifestyle.
