1- Are Continuing Education courses accredited in my state?

Yes. NYSNA approved contact hours will be accepted in all 50 states because of the ANCC approval. Our provider number is 6P2LJZ-PRV-06.

Continuum Services is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the New York State Nurses Association, which is accredited as an approver of continuing education in nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

2. What credit cards do you accept?

We accept the credit cards that have Visa or MasterCard logo on them.

3. Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, if the credit card has a Visa or MasterCard logo we accept it.

4. How do I register?

  • Click on course link
  • Click on "Register"
  • Click on "Checkout"
  • Fill-out the Customer Address form
  • Fill-out the sign-in form. You'll create your username and password, which you'll use to login to your account
  • Click on "Continue" on the "Order Options" page
  • Fill-out the credit card payment form and click on "Complete Order"
  • Order confirmation page will come-up. You may print-out this page for your records

5. When will I have access to the online course?

You'll have access as soon as you register to the online course. Login to your account and click on the link for the online course you've just registered.

6. Who can take online courses?

Anyone can take our online courses.

7. What are the system requirements for the online courses?

You can findthe information for system requirements on the online courses' detail page. Speakers or headphones are required for some of our online courses.

8. Is there a timeframe to complete a course?

Yes, you have 60 days to complete the online course. If you need more time, please contact us by phone or by email.

9. What is My Account?

On My Account page, you can keep track of your registered courses. You can print out certificates and update your profile.

10. How do I access the courses which I'm enrolled in?

  • Login to your account using the username and the password you created
  • Click on "My Account" link
  • Click on "My Courses" link
  • Click on the course that you’ve just registered for
  • Click on the presentation link "Click here for the presentation"
  • After the presentation is finished, take the test, and click on "Next" button at the end
  • Fill-out the evaluation form and click on "Submit"
  • On the last page, you'll have the links to print-out your certificate
  • If you can not print-out your certificate, please email us at info@nurse-education.org or call us at 212-614-6177.

11. Do I have to take a test at the end of the online courses?

Our online courses require participants to complete a course test.

12. How many test attempts am I allowed?

You have unlimited number of test attempts until the end of your membership.

13. When will I get my certificate of completion?

You'll be able to print out your certificate after you complete the test and the evaluation. If you can't print out your certificate, please email us at info@nurse-education.org or call us at 212-614-6177. We'll mail your certificate to your address, if you request it.

14. How do I print out certificates of online courses that I completed?

You can access your certificates on My Account page. Click on the "Course Certificates" link to see the list of your certificates.
